Two devices, one team, no lost changes
A game-day reliability update, plus a nudge for coaches who are running the sideline alone.
Added
- Get help on game day. Head coaches without an assistant see a one-time tip on the Roster tab pointing at + Invite Assistant Coach. An invited adult follows the plan on their own phone, so you can keep your eyes on the kids. Tap Got it and it won't come back.
Changed
- Edits from two devices now merge. If you and another device change the same team at nearly the same moment, SquadRotate pulls in the other device's changes, keeps yours, and syncs again on its own. The save badge shows Syncing… while it settles instead of a red error, and nothing needs a reload.
Fixed
- A finished game no longer comes back as live after the app syncs. It stays Final on every device, and its shift locks and lineup stay editable.
- After a red card, the strength dot on later shift cards no longer counts the player who was sent off. Shifts planned for a team playing short read more fairly.
- On smaller phones, position labels on the chalkboard no longer print on top of the player name in the row above. Bench spots are tidier and fit four to a row.
- Small wording fixes across the app.
