LeagueRun: a simpler Inventory, mid-season catch-up, and sign-in fixes
Inventory is now three tabs: Teams for handing gear out, Shelf for what's in the locker, and Setup for the things you set once a season.
Added
- Team search. Find a team by its name, its head coach or an assistant. Open a team and go back without losing the search.
- One page per team. Each team's bag, uniforms and kids are on one page, with a single button to hand the bag over. Choose which coach took it, and include the uniforms in the same step.
- Catch up mid-season. Already handed gear out before using LeagueRun? Tick the teams that have their bags and uniforms, check the summary, and mark them all at once. Nothing changes until you confirm.
- Count the locker. Type what's on the shelf now and save every count in one go. Changed counts are highlighted, and Undo puts them back.
- Count on return. Choose which items get counted when a bag comes back, or switch Returns to Count everything. Anything short on return is marked missing.
- Copy a bag from another division. Copy from… shows exactly what will change before it copies, and Undo reverses it.
- Registration form preview. Commissioners can preview the family registration form before registration is turned on. Nothing entered in the preview is saved.
- Book a call from the sign-in page. Councils that aren't on LeagueRun yet can book a call straight from the sign-in screen.
Changed
- The order sheet has one Uniforms | Equipment switch, with one Print and one Download CSV for whichever is showing.
- Rosters sent to SquadRotate no longer include player experience ratings.
- On a council's own sign-in page, the browser tab now reads "Sign in".
Fixed
- Password reset links now work even when an email scanner opens the link first, and still reach the reset screen if they open on the main sign-in page.
- A handout link that was turned off or has expired no longer stays on screen.
- Catch up now marks a team's uniforms even if they were un-marked earlier.
- Before the first catch up of a season, the summary says plainly when it will replace shelf counts you've already entered.
- A council name without a logo now fits the sidebar on one line, and the "Powered by LeagueRun" credit no longer gets cut off.
