A new LeagueRun, built for your phone

LeagueRun has a new look and a new way to schedule practice. Everything already set up carries over: seasons, divisions, registrations, teams, coaches, games and inventory.

Added

• Today: a home page that lists what needs attention (players not on a team, unpaid registrations, coaches without an email, teams without a practice time) and how far along season setup is.
• Search: find any player, guardian, coach, team, division or field from the search button, or press Ctrl K (⌘K on a Mac).
• Practice hours: set the nights and hours each field is open for practice in Settings. Teams book any free start inside those hours, so there are no slots to build.
• Practice planner: place teams on a night by field, drag a team to move it, and see problems such as coach clashes and practice-time limits as you go. Fields can be split into halves so two teams practice at once.
• Practice length: set a practice length and how many practices a week for each division, and change it for a single team on its Team page.
• Balance workbench: try different team arrangements side by side, compare them, and apply the one you like. Undo stays available for 10 seconds after applying.
• Check the roster: one page that lists birth years outside a division, missing birth years, players not on a team, and coach clashes.
• Edit a season: change a season's name, sport, registration dates and game days in Settings > Season > Seasons.

• Menu: pages are grouped under People, Teams and Equipment, with Settings at the bottom. On a phone, the menu opens from the button at the top left.
• Registrations: quick filters, a registrant page split into Player, Guardians and contact, Payment and membership, and Requests and notes, plus a guided import and a merge for duplicates.
• Team page: coaches, players, practice length and the SquadRotate handoff code in one place.
• Games: a planner by day, by time or by field, with Problems, Byes this week and Unscheduled at the top.
• Inventory: Teams and Shelf tabs, a page for each item, and Print all packing lists under More.
• Team schedule links for families: the team page now shows practices from the new practice planner, including which half of a field.
• Settings: one place, grouped into Season, Registration, Teams and scheduling, Equipment and Council.
• Sign in and reset password: new screens.
